My life had been filled with both physical and emotional gloom when I arrived at APANJAN Home at the age of 18. I struggled with bad health and limited vision, and I was so malnourished that I could hardly move. Many of the things that give life meaning had already been taken away from me. But as I stepped inside OFFER, everything began to shift. In addition to providing me with food and medical attention, the caregivers gave me hope. My strength and vision gradually returned with the help of a famous eye specialist and a healthy diet. I felt confident enough to dream again after that. In barely two years, I became a trainer after receiving vocational training in baking from OFFER. Leading OFFER’s bakery vocational training section now, I take pride in instructing others on how to create bread, cakes, muffins, and other treats. Since OFFER helped me discover my purpose and dignity, I am proud of the progress I have made. My goal in life is to keep improving and doing more.
