OFFER has been serving children who are severely under privileged in the city of Kolkata and semi urban areas of Bengal. Providing institutional specialized healthcare, education, psycho-social support to the children with HIV, children with special needs and other 50000 children in need and marginalised communities since 1986.

OFFER Apanjan provides residential care to the orphans with special needs and ensuring their required therapy, education, and life-skill training for a quality life spending. Additionaly, OFFER's Day Care Centre supports 100+ children with providing the special educators and therapists for the children and promoting the self-reliance through vocational activities.
OFFER Anandaghar, near Kolkata, is a Clinical Care & support program for Children Living with HIV. Anandaghar is offering shelter, healthcare, education, and vocational training to them with the active support from the donors and public figures. Many children have completed their higher education and now lead as independent & dignified lives.
OFFER’s “Atmaja” project aims to eliminate mother-to-child HIV transmission by raising awareness, offering rapid testing, and ensuring treatment for HIV+ mothers. This project introduced and implemented in 2018. It empowers women and supports healthy births, and promotes peer networks for the emotional care.
This initiative is all about the Inclusion and Positivity over a cup of coffee. Café Positive, by OFFER, empowers the HIV+ youth through employment and inclusion. This initiative planned by OFFER & run by the HIV+ baristas and it brews not just coffee but also the positivity against stigma and creating awareness. It offers a safe space, dignity, and self-reliance for those often denied opportunities.
